Maximum 7 Students
This 2.5-hour class is designed for students who have prior hand building and wheel experience and want to continue advancing their skills. Perfect your centering technique, pull even walls, and learn how to trim leather hard clay. Our goal will be to create useful unique objects, like cups, bowls, and small plates that explore a variety of decorating and glazing techniques. Clay and firing fees are separate and are 6 cents per cubic inch. A 25 lb. bag of new stoneware (white or brown) clay costs $15 for students who need to purchase clay. All fees are due by the end of the semester. You might get muddy, so wear an old shirt or apron.
Tuition includes 2 hours of open studio time during business hours.
