Richard Seney’s work harkens back to the classical still life painters of Dutch and Flemish schools of painting. In this two-hour class students will learn to create a rich, luminous quality still life by using many applications of transparent layering and burnishing. Students will begin with graphite pencils, learning value and layering techniques before moving on to colored pencil. This class is geared to all levels.
