Annual Exhibit of the Putnam Arts Council’s Membership A. Eric Arctander Gallery, 521 Kennicut Hill Road, Mahopac, NY
Saturday, March 12th through Sunday, March 27th, 2022
Opening Reception: Saturday March 12th, 2:00-5:00pm, reception and meet the artists.Snow date: Saturday March 19th. Gallery hours: Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 to 4;00pm, Sunday March 20th, 2:00-5:00pm, or by appointment. Closing: Sunday, March 27th, 2:00-4:00pm. Exhibit prospectus: Exhibit Specifications: Putnam Arts Council member artists 18 years and older are invited to submit ONE PIECE of original fine art for inclusion in our exhibition; work must have been completed within the past three years and not previously exhibited at PAC. Work must be ready to hang; screw eyes and wire preferred (the committee reserves the right to reject works that are not ready to hang). Size restriction: Two-dimensional works not to exceed 36” (including the frame) in any direction. Three-dimensional works must be manageable by one person.
Artist Fees: FREE, benefit of membership. Artists must be members of PAC to exhibit in this Show and may renew or join at any time before submitting the work.
Sales: The Putnam Arts Council will retain 35% on all sales.
Hand Delivery of Work:to PAC @ the Belle Levine Art Center, 521 Kennicut Hill Rd., Mahopac: Wednesday, March 2nd, 3:00-6:00pm or Sunday March 6th, 2:00-5:00pm. Please identify your work by including your name, title, and price (or not for sale) on the back or bottom of your art.
The Putnam Arts Council will accept works valued up to a maximum of $5000. Works exceeding that valuation must be insured by the artist.
Submission Form:A submission form will be provided at drop off or by request.
Pick-Up of Exhibited Work at Conclusion of Show:Sunday, March 27th at the conclusion of the show, 4:00-6:00pm, or by appointment.

About the Putnam Arts Council
The Putnam Arts Council (PAC) is a not-for-profit arts service organization chartered in 1963 by the NY State Department of Education. PAC is a voice for the arts in Putnam County and maintains a leadership role in fostering, funding, promoting and developing the visual, performing and literary arts in Putnam County and the region. The Putnam Arts Council is partially supported with public funds received from Putnam County and with public funds from the NYS Council on the Arts with support from the Governor's office and the NYS Legislature. Additional revenue is generated through membership, programs, special events, fundraising, and with contributions from the public and private sectors.
