Here at PAC we have always been committed to the health and safety of our community of members, students, teachers and visitors, and this is especially true in these uncertain times.  That’s why we are practicing and enforcing the New York State and CDC mandated best practices for social distancing as we prepare to reopen in the midst of COVID-19.  Be secure that you can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations by the state and federal government.

Unfortunately, there is no telling when things will be “back to normal” in any sense but you can rest assured that we’re doing our best to make sure our reopening happens in a safe environment.   We’re all in this together, learning together, and adapting together.

Observing the distancing guidelines will necessitate reducing the student enrollment in all our classes.  Our minimum enrollment is 4 students and our maximum enrollment for our small group classes will be based on the physical distancing guidelines set forth by New York State.  In order to accommodate the reduced enrollment we will offer multiple classes in each course as necessary.  The enrollment will be on a first come first serve basis.   Please keep this in mind and let us know if you are signing up with a friend and want to be in the same class and we will try to accommodate you.  Please note there will be “on-line” only registration.

We are taking the following New York State mandated precautions:

  • All persons who enter the building are required to sign in with the office staff.
  • All visitors and personnel will have their temperature taken before entering the building.
  • All visitors and personnel are required to wear a face mask. If you forget your mask we will have masks available for sale on the premises.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the building
  • Building care and maintenance will be performed after each class

We’re working diligently to adapt to new circumstances while planning for the future.  Our members and students have been and always will be the heart of our organization. We’re grateful to you and your ongoing support, and look forward to seeing you all again.
