Dear Members of the Putnam Arts Council:
These colder, shorter days signal the year is winding down, that winter’s coming and that it’s time to reflect on the past year and to begin planning for the next one! In that regard, we are reaching out to you, our loyal members, to support our Organization through our Annual Giving Appeal. Funds raised through recent Appeals have supported many programs and projects including our extensive gallery program; art classes for adults and children; the installation of our stunning canopy, designed, fabricated and installed by one of our very own artists; as well as a face lift and new floor for the art studio on the lower level, installed by one of our loyal members and an accomplished artist, too!
Grassroots support is essential to our continued growth and success and we ask each of our members for a tax deductible donation of any size, as we attempt to reach this year’s goal of $6000. Funds raised will directly support technology upgrades as well the ongoing care that a busy and productive Art Center demands and deserves.
We thank you for your consideration and recognize its importance and, in a gesture of optimism, have enclosed a reply form. If you prefer to make a secure, online donation, visit the donate tab, located at the bottom of our website’s landing/home page.
On behalf of the Board and the Staff of the Putnam Arts Council, we wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends and look forward to seeing you at the Special Member Preview for our Juried Craft and Art Showcase and Sale on Friday, December 2, from 3-8pm.
