Currently on view in the Gallery is our Annual Juried Fine Arts Show, award recipients include:
Best in Show to Gary Esposito, Second Place to Carl Mazzella, Third Place to Alex Lindquist and Honorable Mention to Amanda Lynn and also to Augie DellaVecchia. Congrats to all award winners as well as all the artists selected to be part of this diverse and spectacular show, and a big shout out of thanks to our terrific juror, Tom Christopher! If you have not had a chance to see the show, it's up through Friday, November 4 with gallery hours Tuesday-Friday from 11-3 or by appointment.
Our next Connect Series will be offered on Thursday evening, November 10 at 7pm in the gallery at PAC. November's theme is "Knowing When to Stop"; and in addition to our lively and spirited discussion, we will be featuring two artists as a new component to our monthly offering. November will conclude our Series for 2016. Stay connected for 2017 offerings!
Next up in the Gallery is our annual invitational craft showcase and sale which will open for a member and artist preview on Friday, December 2, from 3-8pm and will include featured artisans on the weekends! In conjunction with the craft sale this year, we will offer a small works invitational with a theme of Winter's Coming, which will share the opening festivities and run concurrently. Fifteen artists have been invited and are most excited to participate. We believe this addition is a great way to add more folks to the mix and provide shoppers with a chance to buy wonderful art in addition to lovely crafts designed and created right here in your own backyard! Shop early and often! Come by and browse, buy and be inspired, every day through December 3 through 11, noon-5pm. Admission is free and volunteers are most helpful & pleasant!
Please keep an eye out for our Annual Giving Appeal outreach letter which will be landing in your mailbox soon!
'Hope to see you soon!
