A. Eric Arctander Visual Arts Grant
Call for Submissions

The purpose of the grant is to assist a VISUAL ARTIST in their development in the arts and in their career. The grant stipend is $1,000.00 and will be awarded in August of 2014. The grant is intended to support an artist between 25 and 40 years old, who resides in Putnam, Dutchess or Westchester, and is not a full time graduate or undergraduate student.

your kids summer!

Youngsters will be guided to unleash their imaginations through creative expression in our Summer ART Academy.
Enroll in either or both programs.

VISUAL ARTS Program:
10am - 2pm, Mon – Thurs in 2 week blocks
Grouped by age – 6-8 and 9-12

CLAY ARTS Program:
2-4pm – twice per week, in 2 week blocks *
*ages 6-8: Mon & Wed, *ages 9-12: Tues & Thurs

Block 1: 6/30 – 7/10,
Block 2: 7/14 – 7/24,
Block 3: 7/28 - 8/7
Different projects offered in each block

WEATHER CLOSINGS: We follow the Mahopac Public School schedule in inclement weather. If they dismiss early, our office as well as afternoon evening classes are cancelled. If they close, so do we. Announcements are also submitted to WHUD’s storm center (radio and website).
