The Putnam Arts Council is a non-profit organization that provides support services to the arts and promotes cultural activities and enrichment for residents of Putnam County and the region. PAC provides: exhibition opportunities, grant opportunities, Art in Public Spaces, corporate art purchasing, Artist in Residence programs, art workshops, advocacy & technical assistance.
